Complete Literature was founded by Marie Phillips.  She has spent 25+ years working with Children’s Programming in churches, schools, and kids clubs.  She has also home schooled her eight children, most of whom share her love of great literature.

During that 25 years, the rise of the internet opened up a world of great possibilities for amazing curriculum choices.  But no one choice seemed to fit everything she was looking for.  She wanted to find a program that the students would be excited to come and participate in.  While Marie loved the lesson planning process, it ate into more hours per week than she had time for.  Thus the seeds for Complete Literature were planted.  She started documenting her programs after several parents told her how much they loved what she was doing with their kids.  Many of the parents told her that she should sell her curriculum because they thought it was so good.

Now Marie is excited to share the benefits of her work with teachers across all platforms, enabling them to save countless hours of planning.

Complete Literature Adventures is an awesome new website that puts together all of the elements of a well-rounded literature program. It will appeal to every student in your class, no matter what kind of classroom you are teaching.

CL connects many educational, artistic and activity-driven components into the theme of the chapters you are reading with your students. Thus you can put a lesson plan together in a fraction of the time you would on your own. It also gives you many more options to make the program fit perfectly with your class.

Put together the elements that appeal to you and your students. Adjust them to fit into the time frame you need to work with.  Then you have a complete program customized to your class without the time and hassle of having to invest hours of time that you could spend doing  all of the other things on your list!

Now your time can be spent preparing for the class instead spending hours weekly trying to figure out what you are going to do.
